M1 Manual Electric

This user friendly machine is a cost effective solution for low volume applications. The M1 model operates with a foot pedal which is attached to the back of the machine. When the foot pedal is engaged the turntable rotates.

The mast is then controlled with a joystick to raise and lower the film carriage. this inhibits any workplace injuries that are often linked with hand operated methods.

The carriage has a film tension adjustment, which is set as required.

M2 Manual Set Auto

The mid range M2 is a manual setting semi automatic which incorporates features similar to the M1 and the M3. The unique feature of this model is the adjustable height stop.

When the pallet is placed on the turntable, the operator sets the height adjustor to the height of th e pallet. Then with the use of two simple buttons the M2 works in similar fashion to the M3 semi automatic; raising the film carriage until it reaches the height stop and then returning to the base of the pallet. This eliminates the need for total operator supervision.

The M2 is a very cost effective model as there is no electronic photocell equipment and the operator only needs to the set the height adjustor and press the button. It also has a custom select top and bottom wrap cycle, so you can choose how much film you require on the pallet.

M3 High Turnable and M4 Low Turnable Semi Automatic

The M3/M4 semi automatics has selected wrap cycles (You can choose how many layers of film you want on your pallet). The M3 has sophisticated eletronics and designed to have minimal operator supervision. After tieing the stretchwrap to the pallet the M3 does the rest.

It has a quiet operation with a specially designed lifting mechanism. The wrapping program works with the use of a photoelectric eye that reads the height of the pallet. The M3/M4 is specially designed to interupt the wrapping program at any time to engage different options such as the banding function without effecting the continuation of the wrap.

The variable turntable speed. gives you the option to change the film overlap while the wrapping pgrogram is in motion. A banding facility can wrap more stretchwrap in specfic areas of the pallet that need more support. A pause mode for top sheets is also included in the standard model. The turntable always stops in the home position.

The film carriage has pre-stretch rollers for greater film economy. If you don't want to use all the special features, the M3 will still wrap your pallet using its own program at the push of a button.

M3 P.P.S. High Turnable and M4 P.P.S. Low Turnable

The M3 P.P.S. and M4 P.P.S. have all the existing features of the M3 and M4 semi automatic machines plus the inclusion of a power pre-stretch film carriage with powered pre-stretch rollers giving more flexibility to wrapping requirements. Wrapping very light pallet loads is achieved by the unique action of the power roller head being able to feed the stretch film very lightly into the load, yet because the film has been pre-stretched, the load is then secured by the 'memory' action of the film (returning to its unstretched state.

Heavier loads can be tightly wrapped further by the use of the force to load control which has infinite variation.

Power pre-stretched also offers greater economy of film usage giving the maximum cost effective solution to every pallet load.
